Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.

WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT? We are looking for a self-driven and results-oriented Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who is passionate about customer service and coaching team members to achieve their goals within a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

<li>Ensure each guest feels welcomed by spending quality time, asking questions in order to learn about his/her needs, preferences and lifestyle</li>
\n
<li>Serve as a product knowledge expert with the ability to sell and market a broad range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing</li>
\n
<li>Assist with building a superior customer-focused sales team by providing on-going coaching and training for selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures </li>
\n</ul>
\n
ARE YOU A FIT? Specific qualifications for this role include:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>High school diploma or equivalent (college/university degree helpful not required)</li>
\n
<li>Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/ complaint resolution</li>
\n
<li>Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.</li>
\n</ul>
\n
Based on experience, the expected pay range for this position is between&nbsp;$17.50&nbsp;per hour and&nbsp;$20.24 per hour.&nbsp;This is achieved through a base hourly wage ranging from&nbsp;$10.30&nbsp;to&nbsp;$14.00, a commission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance, and additional compensation to ensure minimum wage if necessary. Associates are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on overall store sales.
