The Residential Installer serves as the door installer for residential garage doors and related components. Want to get paid to become a piercer at Studs?Apprentices undergo a minimum 6-week paid piercing training program inclusive of classroom style learning, observation, and hands-on training. We are always looking for Apprentices to join our training program! Upon successful completion of the program, graduated Apprentices will become eligible for a Part Time or Full Time Associate Piercer position at one of our studio locations.
Hourly Rate:

Requirements:

<li>3 years of relevant work experience</li>
<li>At least two years as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist (performing venipunctures and/or finger sticks) preferred</li>
<li>Full Time:
<ul>
<li>Must be available to work a flexible schedule up to 5 days per week (32+ hours), including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must maintain consistent availability</li>
<li>Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) is required, excluding approved PTO</li>
<li>Schedules may vary based on business needs, and Full-Time employees are expected to prioritize Studs as their primary employment commitment</li>

<li>Part Time:

<li>Must be available to work a flexible schedule of varying days and hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>
<li>Must have availability to work on Saturday and Sunday, excluding approved PTO</li>
<li>Reliably attend work as scheduled for up to 29 hours per week, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations</li>

<li>Must be able to visually inspect ear anatomy to execute advanced piercings</li>

<li>Travel to one of our studio locations for the duration of the training program (paid by Studs)</li>

The Role
Our project manager combines consulting with implementing Enterprise Software and business processes. Working with partners, directors, and solutions specialists, you’ll execute project management tasks which include but are not limited to, the following responsibilities:

<li>Manage the effective delivery and timely completion of WMS and/or ERP and/or CRM projects in alignment with defined scope and budget.</li>
<li>Manage additional requests and associated budget. </li>
<li>Ensure all communication with the customers is timely and effective. </li>
<li>Anticipate, identify, define, plan, assign and follow up on tasks, milestones, deliveries, dependencies, and critical paths for the project team and clients.</li>
<li>Apply appropriate implementation approaches with a full understanding of delivery concepts, consulting tools and methodologies.</li>
<li>Onboard, supervise, and mentor project coordinators.</li>
<li>Could require traveling up to 25% of the time.</li>
<li>Require the availability of taking calls from clients outside working hours in rotation within the team.</li>

 Desired background:

<li>Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.</li>
<li>5-8 years of experience in project management, people management and ideally in the consulting area.</li>
<li>Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics and retail would be a nice-to-have.</li>
<li>Ability to manage difficult situations, tackle problems and crisis situations, in a composed manner, inspiring team confidence.</li>
