<li>3+ years of Paralegal experience in Labor and Employment and Wage &amp; Hour. </li>
<li>Well versed in e-filing in State, Federal courts (Appellate a plus), and administrative agencies. </li>
<li>Experience propounding/responding to discovery, calendaring hearings and court deadlines, and assisting with mediation/arbitration/trial preparation. </li>
