The Calibration Technician must be able to maintain a clean, safe, and controlled work environment and interface effectively with fellow employees, customers, and suppliers. <li>Relevant experience as a maintenance technician working on industrial food processing equipment or similar. Pasteurization equipment desired. </li>

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Solder Technician to support the assembly of cable and wire harness products. The ideal candidate will have strong hand-soldering skills, experience working with cables, wires, and connectors, and the ability to interpret assembly drawings and wiring diagrams with minimal supervision. This is a hands-on production role that plays a key part in ensuring high-quality, reliable builds.
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform hand soldering of wires, terminals, connectors, and small electronic components.</li>
<li>Crimp, strip, tin, and splice wires and cables using proper hand tools and equipment.</li>
<li>Inspect solder joints and cable assemblies to ensure compliance with IPC workmanship standards.</li>
<li>Follow production travelers, BOMs, wiring diagrams, and detailed assembly instructions.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety guidelines.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>2+ years of recent soldering and cable/wire harness assembly experience.</li>
<li>Proficient in hand tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, tweezers, soldering irons, and torque tools (preferred).</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly documentation.</li>
<li>Experience working under a microscope (preferred).</li>
<li>IPC-610 or IPC-620 certification is a strong plus.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.</li>

Broadley-James Corporation designs and manufactures high-quality pH and dissolved oxygen (DO) measurement solutions for both life science and industrial process applications. We are seeking a detail-oriented SolidWorks Drafter to create accurate 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings of our manufactured pH sensors and related components. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm. 
The ideal candidate is highly proficient in SolidWorks, comfortable working from physical samples and legacy documentation, and capable of producing clear, controlled drawings suitable for manufacturing, inspection, customer requirements and documentation purposes.
 
Tasks and Responsibilities:

<li>Create and maintain 3D part and assembly models in SolidWorks, primarily based on existing components and assemblies</li>
<li>Generate 2D drawings including dimensions, tolerances, notes, and views required for manufacturing and quality inspection </li>
<li>Convert legacy drawings, sketches, or undocumented parts into standardized SolidWorks models and drawings, in accordance with company expectations</li>
<li>Apply company drawing standards, naming conventions, and revision control requirements</li>

<li>Organize and manage CAD files within the companys document control system</li>
