What You’ll Do:

<li>Provide companionship, rapport and meaningful connections</li>
<li>Assist with daily activities, companionship, and personal care</li>
<li>Help with light housekeeping, laundry, transportation and meal preparation</li>
<li>Offer medication reminders and transportation support</li>
<li>Health Monitoring: Reporting condition changes to your 24/7 support team</li>

What We Look For in a Caregiver:
<ul>
<li>1 year of previous caregiving experience (preferred but not required)</li>
<li>Ability to pass a background check</li>
<li>Negative TB Test or Chest X-Ray</li>
<li>Registered on California's Home Care Aide Registry</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current and current auto insurance</li>
<li>A true passion for helping others</li>
<li>A commitment to excellence in care and customer service</li>
<li>Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull, and lift up to 24 pounds</li>
