Job Responsibilities

<li>Coach clients on building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene)</li>
<li>Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges</li>
<li>Help plan, create, and organize weekly goals and schedules that work for your clients</li>
<li>Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes and quarterly reports</li>
<li>Spend 90% of your time in the field with clients and 10% on admin/documentation</li>
<li>Collaborate with program managers, regional center coordinators, and training staff</li>
</ul>

<li>Have a heart for helping others and believe in treating people with dignity and respect</li>
<li>Are a strong communicator, dependable, and a creative problem-solver</li>
<li>Can work flexible hours and adapt to different client needs</li>
<li>Are comfortable working independently in one-on-one settings</li>
<li>Have behavioral health experience (preferred, not required)</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Able to work the Morgan Hill - Gilroy area</li>
<li>Able to pass a background check (per state industry standards)</li>
<li>Spanish Bilingual a PLUS</li>
<li>Computer literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entry</li>
